TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.

1. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked at any stage to provide to the Promoter or a third party proof of age and/or identity.
2. Only employees of Group companies of Vodafone Group plc are eligible to enter. Any entities not an employee of Vodafone Group plc,  are not eligible to enter.
3. Entrants are not entitled to make multiple entrants to the Promotion. In the event that the Promoter deems that an entrant has executed any act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore ineligible from winning any of the Prizes, as defined below.
4. The Promotion shall commence on 3rd September 2008 at 0800 GMT and shall conclude on the 11th September 2008 at 23.59 GMT (the "Promotion Period").
5. In order to enter the Promotion an entrant must submit their Vodafone email address.
6. The Promoter shall execute one Prize Draw which shall take place at 14 September at 1700 GMT with the winners being notified by email on 15th September 2008.
7. The entrants to the Promotion who qualify shall be eligible to win one of the following prizes (the "Prizes"):

    

   • Mobile Devices: 5 x BlackBerry® Bold™ 9000*
     * Only one BlackBerry Bold™ 9000 can be won by an individual entrant

 

1. The Promoter shall notify the winners of the Prizes via email within 3 days of the Prize Draw being made.
2. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prizes and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
3. The Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or other prize substitute.
4. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Prizes.
5. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for taking out and maintaining the relevant insurance policy in relation to the Prizes and for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prizes.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
7. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
8. The winners' names will be disclosed to anyone who sends an email request (address shown below) to the promoter between 1st October -15th October 2008.
9. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London.
